1 Teaspoon = 4 g.
1 Tablespoon = 15 g.

 

Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Coarsely Ground – 1 Cup
Sugar – 1 Cup
Ghee – 1 Cup
Water – 3 Cup
Semolina – 2 Teaspoons
Almonds, Chopped – For Garnishing

Method
• Heat clarified butter in thick bottomed pan
• Add wheat flour and semolina
• Stir fry till the mixture becomes evenly brown and
• It emits aroma of roasted wheat flour
• Add sugar
• Add water
• Stir continuously to break all the lumps
• Cook it till ghee separates out from the mixture
• Transfer in a serving bowl
• Garnish with chopped almonds
• Serve hot

Ingredients
Raw Mango, grated – 500 gm
Sugar – 2 Cups
Cumin Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Roasted Cumin Powder – 2 Teaspoons
Kalonji (Onion Seeds) – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method
• Wash, peel and grate Raw Mangoes.
• Put grated mangoes and sugar in a thick bottomed kadai.
• Heat it. Stir till sugar melts.
• Cook on medium flame till sugar turns 1-tar chasni (thick syrup).
• Mix salt, jeera, roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder and kalonji.
• Remove from flame and let it cool.
• After cooling store chunda in a sterilized glass jar.
• It can be served with roti, paratha and bread.

1 Teaspoon = 4 g.
1 Tablespoon = 15 g.

 

Ingredients
Dudhi – ½ kg.
Milk – ½ lit.
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Mixed dryfruits, chopped and roasted – ¼ cup
Desi ghee (clarified butter) – 1 tablespoon (or Malai – 3 tablespoon)

Method
• Peel and grate dudhi.
• Put milk in a pan. Add dudhi in it.
• Cook it till dudhi becomes soft and milk is absorbed.
• Add condensed milk and desi ghee or malai.
• Keep aside little dryfruits for garnish and add remaining dryfruits .
• Sauté till ghee separates out.
• Transfer in serving bowl. Garnish with remaining dryfruits.
