Ingredients
Full Cream Milk, Boiled & Cooled
Milk Powder – 2 Teaspoons
Curd – 1 Teaspoon

Method
• Warm the milk on gas
• Warm it slightly so that we can still touch it
• Maintain the temperature of the milk between 40 – 45 degrees centigrade
• Little more than lukewarm
• Add 2 teaspoons of milk powder
• You may evaporate the extra water in the milk by boiling it on a low flame for sometime till it becomes thick
• Mix well
• Milk should be at the right temperature
• Add 1 teaspoon of curd
• Mix well
• Transfer it in a bowl
• Cover the bowl and keep it in a warm place for 6 – 7 hours
• Keep a piece of cloth below the bowl
• If the climate is cold, keep the curd in a microwave
• Keep it for 6 -7 hours in a warm place
• After 7 hours check the curd
• There is no water in it
• The curd is thick

Ingredients
Hung Curd – 1 Bowl
Fresh Strawberries, Diced – 1 Bowl
Sugar, Powdered – 2 Teaspoons
Fresh Mint Leaves – 2-3 Nos.

Method
• Mash the fresh diced strawberries in a mixture grinder
• Save a few pieces of strawberries for garnishing
• Take a big bowl
• Add hung curd
• Add sugar
• Add mashed strawberries
• Beat the mixture nicely
• When it is ready, serve it in a tall stem glass
• Garnish with diced strawberries and fresh mint leaves
• Serve chilled

Method
• Heat the pan
• Add diced strawberries
• Add sugar
• Mix well
• Add little water
• Cook for 5-6 minutes
• Turn off the flame
• After it cools down fill it in a jar
• Keep it in a refrigerator and use it whenever required

Ingredients
Wheat Flour, Coarsely Ground – 1 Cup
Sugar – 1 Cup
Ghee – 1 Cup
Water – 3 Cup
Semolina – 2 Teaspoons
Almonds, Chopped – For Garnishing

Method
• Heat clarified butter in thick bottomed pan
• Add wheat flour and semolina
• Stir fry till the mixture becomes evenly brown and
• It emits aroma of roasted wheat flour
• Add sugar
• Add water
• Stir continuously to break all the lumps
• Cook it till ghee separates out from the mixture
• Transfer in a serving bowl
• Garnish with chopped almonds
• Serve hot

Ingredients
Raw Mango, grated – 500 gm
Sugar – 2 Cups
Cumin Seeds – 2 Teaspoons
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Roasted Cumin Powder – 2 Teaspoons
Kalonji (Onion Seeds) – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method
• Wash, peel and grate Raw Mangoes.
• Put grated mangoes and sugar in a thick bottomed kadai.
• Heat it. Stir till sugar melts.
• Cook on medium flame till sugar turns 1-tar chasni (thick syrup).
• Mix salt, jeera, roasted jeera powder, red chilli powder and kalonji.
• Remove from flame and let it cool.
• After cooling store chunda in a sterilized glass jar.
• It can be served with roti, paratha and bread.

Chia Seeds – 2 tablespoon

Method
• Soak chia seeds in ½ cup water.
• In a big bowl put yoghurt, sugar and whisk it well.
• Add all fruits and mix well.
• Add soaked chia seeds. Mix well. Keep it in refrigerator.

Ingredients
Bread slices – 6 nos.
Milk – 1 cup
Condensed milk – 2 tablespoon
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Mixed dryfruits (almonds, cashews and pistachios), chopped – ¼ cup
Ghee or butter – 2 tablespoon

Method
• Boil milk with sugar for 10-15 mins.
• Mix condensed milk in it.
• Dry roast dryfruits and keep aside.
• Spread butter or ghee on bread slices and cut the slices in square or triangular shapes.
• Roast bread slices in air fryer until it turns brown.
• Soak roasted slices in sweet milk mixture and lay it in a serving dish.
• Garnish with dryfruits. Serve it immediately otherwise it becomes soggy.

Dudhi – ½ kg.
Milk – ½ lit.
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Mixed dryfruits, chopped and roasted – ¼ cup
Desi ghee (clarified butter) – 1 tablespoon (or Malai – 3 tablespoon)

Method
• Peel and grate dudhi.
• Put milk in a pan. Add dudhi in it.
• Cook it till dudhi becomes soft and milk is absorbed.
• Add condensed milk and desi ghee or malai.
• Keep aside little dryfruits for garnish and add remaining dryfruits .
• Sauté till ghee separates out.
• Transfer in serving bowl. Garnish with remaining dryfruits.

• Peel and cut mangoes in chunks. Keep aside.
• Put Amul fresh cream in a bowl.
• Add condensed milk.
• Whip it till cream becomes thick.
• Add mango chunks.
• Mix well.
• Transfer in serving bowl. Keep in refrigerator.
• Serve chilled.

Ingredients
Banana – 4 nos.
Vanilla Ice Cream – 250 ml
Marie Biscuit – 1 packet (75 gm)

Method
• Peel bananas. Cut in small round slices. Keep aside.
• Crush Marie biscuit. Keep aside.
• Remove vanilla ice cream from freezer. Let it be semi-solid.
• Take ice cream in a deep bowl and mix it with egg beater or spoon till it becomes smooth.
• Take a flat shallow Borosil dish.
• Put a layer of crushed Marie biscuit.
• Put a layer of banana slices.
• Layer it with vanilla ice cream.
• Garnish with banana slices and keep in deep freeze for 15-20 mins.
• It should be chilled and not frozen. Serve chilled.
