4 Persons 1 Cup = 250 ml.
1 Teaspoon = 4 g.
1 Tablespoon = 15 g.

 

Ingredients
Green chana – 1 cup
Ginger, chopped – 1 teaspoon
Onion, chopped – 2 tablespoon
Green chilli, chopped – 1 no.
Refined oil for frying
Red chilli powder – ¾ teaspoon
Jeera powder – ¾ teaspoon
Chaat masala – ½ teaspoon
Breadcrumbs – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon

Method
• Soak chana overnight. In the morning boil it in pressure cooker till it becomes soft.
• Drain excess water. Churn chana with green chilli, ginger in a mixture grinder.
• In a deep bowl mix chana with all ingredients and mix well.
• Divide the mixture in equal portions and give shape of kebabs.
• Shallow fry on a tava or frying pan.
• Serve with imli chutney and green chutney.
